Returns (Apparel Only):
Our policy lasts 30 days. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, unfortunately, will be rejected, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less return fees.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, accessories, sale items, and intimate items such as lingerie and shapewear cannot be refunded and are considered final sales.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Girl Code,10950 Arrow Route 2084, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and fees associated with a refund will be deducted from the total refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FANTASY HAIR RETURN POLICY:
At Girl Code, our goal is to give you great quality hair at a great price. We want you to fall in love with our hair, return for more and refer us to your friends. We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. All exchange credit will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.
All purchases on Human Hair and accessories are final. Therefore exchanges must be returned in their original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered state, all tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange it without the original receipt. You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue an exchange credit.
We will only exchange one time. Please email us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org and return your product, you should mail your product to Girl Code, 10950 Arrow Route 2084, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729.
We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair.
Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 days after the product is received and verified as returnable. If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.
When ordering please ensure your delivery address is correct since we will apply for a $10.00 undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addressed caused by customer error.
The safety and security of our customers are the utmost priority of Girl Code. To this end, Girl Code seeks to create an optimal shopping environment against identity theft and fraud by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. Girl Code has created a highly sophisticated algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases but not limited to:
The billing address on the customer’s order does not match the credit card used in the transaction
The shipping address provided in the order is different from the billing address
Unusual shopping patterns
Orders subject to verification may require supporting documentation before the order has shipped. To ensure a successful transaction, please ship your order to the billing address listed for your credit card. For any order verification questions, please email email@example.com.
Girl Code will begin processing orders immediately. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly refund your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 24 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we will have to have the product back in our possession before the refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in their original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and all tags must be attached, packaged, and sealed in their original package even if the item is repackaged, the original package for a refund. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not refund without the original receipt. You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a refund.
CANCELLATION BY GIRL CODE:
Girl Code reserve the right to cancel your order and/or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:
In order to use the Girl Code website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support, and accounts, including email. Any information collected by Girl Code is collected via your input or correspondence from you to us. This may be via telephone or email. We collect Full name, Email address, shipping address, phone number, billing address, and credit/debit card information.
By using Girl Code, you represent that the information that is given to us is true and correct.
ALL CHARGEBACKS WILL BE DISPUTED automatically by Girl Code. It is your responsibility to follow the proper refund and return procedures set up by Girl Code so that we do not incur unnecessary fees and losses, by filing fraudulent claims that may cause damage to the company. It is your right to seek help when you have issues regarding your order, but we recommend that you first contact our customer service department and give us the opportunity to assist in issues regarding your order such as undelivered goods, items not as described, etc. It is advised that you should contact the company by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before disputing your order with your bank. We will immediately investigate the issue and work toward a positive resolution for our consumer disputes. We will not be responsible for any actions you take outside of our written policy and procedures. Any refund due to the customer after a chargeback will incur a normal refund fee that exceeds the 24hr allotted cancelation policy and any monetary damages incurred by Girl Code will likely be passed on to the customer. Including but not limited to overdraft fees, bank fees, etc. associated with the unjustified chargeback lost the consumer.
WE FIGHT AGAINST FRAUD:
We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify your identity to verify this transaction is legitimate. If so, this may cause some delays in your shipping time. It's best to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address to ensure a quick delivery.
