On average, our customers receive their orders within 3-7 business days once shipped. Girl Code ships 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not beginning processing until Monday. Processing orders may take 5-10 business days before shipping
All orders are subject to order verification and security checks.
Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders, where the billing address differs from the shipping address, may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order. When using PayPal we suggest customers use shipping address that is confirmed on their PayPal site. We suggest customers use the same billing address as shipping address to prevent shipping delays due to mandatory verification checks. We do not suggest checking out using PayPal, if the billing address differs from the shipping address to prevent order delay. Girl Code is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, Covid-19, carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website.
Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you (the customer) will be responsible for reshipment. If package is lost due to incorrect address we are not liable for missing products.

After placing your order you will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number to track your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed. Once orders are placed we begin preparing your order immediately. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel orders, however, we will do our best to support your request.
