Human Hair Care Instructions
Quality Hair Guide
Although, we offer the best human hair quality available to us it is also important for us to remain transparent with our customers.
1. Our Hair
Our hair is non-dyed and collected from donors directly. Each bundle color is the #1B natural color. For real virgin hair, it is normal that the color varies in shade from the top to the ends, as we all know the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends, usually virgin hair ends will be lighter than top and middle. For example, the top and the middle are black shade to ends 1b or even lighter at last 2~4 inches, that's also split ends area.
Split Ends--For virgin NON-DYED & NON-ACID BATH hair, when donors’ hair is longer enough, the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. So split ends are really normal, CANNOT be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18''! ONLY processed and acid bath hair has no spilt ends at all! If you are picky, we do not recommend to purchase.
Dry Ends--Our hair will be a little dry after high temperature steam processed, especially longer virgin hair. Wash with condition and add moisturizing treatment to the hair, it will help a lot.
We do have nits/eggs quality control. The raw hair with nits and eggs are select out before we put into production. So 99.5% products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we are not able to pick out, we do accept refunding or replacement.
Virgin non-dyed hair have a few gray strands inside, we usually pick the gray hair out on production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hair, please understand, and pick those strand out yourself.
5. Corn Chip
Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! But we do wash the hair when we produce it. It may have a little shampoo smell on it, anyway, it will lift your shampoo and conditioner smell shortly after co-washing.
Wavy and curly hair will look much shorter compared with straight one. You should measure the length of hair when it is STRAIGHTLY stretched!
1 Selecting the Hair
Hairs of the highest quality are sourced from different areas. Natural hair is usually shaved from women’s heads and tied as a single piece in different lengths. Hairs in different lengths and sizes are assorted, segregated and sold at different prices. Our hair material is sourced mostly from Indian temples, the Chinese countryside and Southeast Asian countries.
2 Arranging the Hair
The thickness percentage of the hair is determined by the style and maintenance regime of the person providing the hair. Some women prefer to have long hair and some have a mix of long and short hair. The hair is arranged to ensure that it is even.
3 Washing the Hair
The arranged hair is soaked in a solution of conditioners and detergents to remove the dirt, oil and other dust particles. The soaked hair is then washed in water several times until it is clean and sent for drying.
Sunlight is essential for proper drying. The washed hair is sun dried for several hours to make sure the hair becomes soft. It is preferred not to use the heater for drying as it gives an unusual odor to the hair and it is easier to identify the texture of the hair after proper drying.
Hackling is a process by which the hair is arranged evenly according to size. All short hair removed from the pieces is arranged for further processing. Only trained professionals can do this job. Extreme care is taken in this process to avoid mixing up the heads and ends of the hair. The top and end of the hair should be arranged in the same direction; only then it is Remy hair. A small mistake could become a disaster.
6 Trimming and Sorting
Trimming and sorting are carried out to ensure the hairs match in lengths, colors, and textures.
7 Quality Control
Our has passed strict inspection. The quality control includes wefts sewing, length and weight measurement, washing and dying test etc. This is to ensure customers’100% satisfaction.
8 Usage Details Consideration
Hair wefts have strong double layers to reduce hair shedding. The ends of wefts are sealed with glue to keep hair from shedding too. New techniques are researched time after time to make the hair wefts suitable in terms of volume and lifespan. Thus scarcely no money is wasted.
